Santiago, Nayarit. People from the state of Jalisco travel long distances to work during the tobacco season in Santiago, Nayarit. Most of the workers come from Santa Catarina and San Andres Cohamiata, indigenous comunities that are in the mountains of Jalisco. They had to start migrating from their lands because of the lack of work and oportunities at their local comunities.
