LOOKING FOR CRITICAL FEEDBACK ON YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO? PARTICIPATE IN FRESH LOOK - OUR JURIED PORTFOLIO REVIEW WITH INDUSTRY INSIDERS RANGING FROM GALLERISTS TO EDITORS AND AGENTS. SUBMIT BY MARCH 22 FOR CONSIDERATION!



All Photographers need feedback on their work, and the Fresh Look Juried Portfolio Review taking place on April 27 and April 28 at Smashbox Studios, Hollywood gives you just that. Upon acceptance, you will be able to select six, one-on-one, twenty-minute review sessions over Friday, April 27 and April 28 (based on a first-come, first-serve basis). This is one of the most affordable Portfolio Review sessions and wonderful opportunities have resulted from past review sessions, for photographers, and reviewers. First-come, first-serve means that as soon as you are accepted (weekly notifications), you can choose the reviewers you want, IF they are available.

TWO MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN MOPLA - SMASHBOX GROUP SHOW AND WOMEN IN PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP SHOW.

This is the 3rd time we are partnering with SMASHBOX Studios to present the MOPLA+Smashbox group show. We are still accepting submissions and we know you have GREAT work waiting to be seen. And, you know Smashbox throws the best parties. We're excited about this year's jurors, all great ladies synonymous with Photography. Agent Jen Jenkins of Giant Artists, internationally acclaimed portrait photographer Jill Greenberg and, of course, Dee deLara, the resident VP | Creative (queen) of Smashbox Studios.

Winners are announced on April 13.

Submit by March 30 for consideration here.

This is the second year that we have collaborated with the WIP FLASH organizers to present an exhibit at the end of MOPLA, once again to benefit the Heal The Bay Organization. Submissions are being considered now through April 8, and this group show is for women photographers who have a body of work that includes nature and landscapes.

2012 MARKS THE TEN YEAR CELEBRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS (IPA) WITH INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITES FOR WINNING WORK TO BE SEEN GLOBALLY.

2003 marked the first International Photography Awards competition with the winners announced at the first-ever Lucie Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Home of the Golden Globes. This year marks the tenth year anniversary and the Lucie Foundation will be programming a variety of events during Lucie Week to celebrate this landmark achievement. Be a part of this tenth anniversary edition by submitting your best work.

THE FOURTH INSTALLMENT OF MONTH OF PHOTOGRAPHY LOS ANGELES IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER WITH SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, INCLUDING A JAM-PACKED EVENT PRESENTED BY HASSELBLAD AND BRONCOLOR ON APRIL 28.
