The Lucie Mentor Program - E-pprentice
The Lucie Mentor Program matches vital and current professional photographers with students and emerging photographers who will become Photography’s next round of brightest stars. The Lucie Mentor's Program, named E-pprentice, is our electronic apprenticeship that brings together emerging and established photographers for an online dialogue, an exchange and a fostering of ideas. The mentorship lasts for a duration of six-months and takes place from February through June, annually. This program is free and open to photographers worldwide.

The Lucie Scholarship Program
The Lucie Scholarship Program supports the efforts of a professional photographer, and an emerging photographer by providing a cash grant to help complete, begin or strengthen a proposed project. A cash grant of 5,000 is award to a deserving professional, and $2,500 is awarded to an emerging, distinctive visual voice. Maine Media Workshops joins our efforts in supporting photographers by providing complimentary tuition to one of their workshops for each grantee. Grantees also receive a significant amount or promotion as a recipient of the Lucie Scholarship. Grants are awarded every March, and submissions are open from October through January 31st. This program is open to all current Lucie Foundation members.
